Care
Navona Travertine is a calcium stone: seal it after installation and again every year or two, clean it with a pH-neutral stone soap, and wipe up lemon, vinegar and wine rather than leaving them to etch the polish. Felt pads under furniture and a doormat at the door do more than any product. How to care for natural stone →

Questions about Navona Travertine
What is Navona Travertine?
Navona Travertine is travertine from Italy. It is a limestone laid down by hot springs, with the open pores that give it its texture. Flora Marble imports it as blocks and slabs and cuts and finishes it at its own factory at Athal, Silvassa.
Can Navona Travertine go outdoors?
Yes; travertine is the classic terrace and pool-surround stone. Outdoors we supply Navona Travertine unfilled or tumbled so wet feet grip; indoors it is honed and filled.
What finishes and sizes does Navona Travertine come in?
Navona Travertine is supplied honed and filled as standard, polished or brushed on request and unfilled for outdoor floors, as full slabs, cut-to-size, book-matched pairs, typically 18–20 mm; other thicknesses on request. Slab sizes vary lot to lot, so we send the measurements and photographs of the actual slabs before anything is confirmed.
Where can I see Navona Travertine slabs?
Stocked slabs stand to be seen at the Flora Marble gallery in Vile Parle East, Mumbai, a few minutes from the airport (open mon–sat, 10 am – 7 pm); a catalogue stone is sourced to order and shown to you before you commit. Does Flora Marble deliver Navona Travertine to Bengaluru?
Yes. Navona Travertine leaves the Silvassa factory by road for every state in India, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Chennai included, crated and strapped for the journey. Each city has its own page with the road distance from the factory and the Mumbai gallery and how an order from there usually runs.
How is Navona Travertine priced?
Per project, slab by slab: the slabs selected, their sizes, the finish and the cutting all move the figure, so there is no list price online. Send the drawings or the areas and the finish you have in mind and Flora Marble will quote the Navona Travertine it would select for you, with photographs of those slabs.
